The 10th Annual KTA Haunted House Needs Your Help
The KTA Haunted House was started in 2009 as a community service to give kids and families a safe place to enjoy Halloween on the East Side of Hawaii Island. KTA also accepts canned food donations (Optional) as patrons enter.

Since 2009, we have extended the Haunted House from 3 days to 4 days, and in 2016, KTA has added an annual Costume Contest on Halloween Night.
​
KTA Needs help with volunteers or actors to be the awesome scare factor in the Haunted House and is asking for help with setup and clean up. Also help with organizing the costume contest.

Oct. 18th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Friday night). We will be bringing down the wall panels for the Haunted House from the upstairs warehouse.

Oct. 19th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Saturday). Start assembling the wall panels.

Oct. 19th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Saturday night). Continue bringing down all the wall panels.

Oct. 20th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Sunday). Continue assembling all the wall panels.

Oct. 21st-27th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Build all the scene sets for each section of the Haunted House.

Oct. 28th-31st from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Haunted House will be open. All helpers need to be here by 4:30 pm to get into costume and in to position as prop people before the Haunted House opens.

Nov. 1st from 9:00 am till 8:00 pm. Take down and put away the Haunted House.
